Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Plumun account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
